How much will postage cost?
For all UK orders all you will pay is £9.00.
When will we deliver your order?
We want to get your order off to you as soon as possible.
We would normally expect the goods to be despatched within 5 days.
We will not charge your card until your order is ready for despatch.
Not what you wanted?
So you've received the parcel, opened it up and it really is not what you wanted after all.
No problem! As long as all the packaging is intact and the product has not been used,
just send it back within 14 days of receipt and we'll give you a refund,
exchange or credit straight away (excluding carriage charges).
Oh no! Its broken.
In the unlikely event of broken or faulty fittings, please tell us immediately.
After 10 years in the lighting trade we pride ourselves on the quality of our goods,
but to continue that quality we need to know of any problems.
Please contact us straight away and we will arrange to get it picked up and organise an exchange, refund or credit.

About Our Security
If you do decide to buy something from this site (and we hope you do!)
you will be asked to enter all your non-secure information i.e. name, address etc. into the cashier page,
when you proceed you will then be offered the payment method of CREDIT/DEBIT CARD VIA SECURE SERVER.
At this stage you will be transferred to our Secure Web Site to enter your card details,
with military style encryption
(to scramble the details into a mess of symbols, numbers and letters)
so that nobody else can understand the details passing between your computer and and our Secure Web Site.
Ways to Pay
We provide for payment by Credit and Debit Cards via our Secure Server. It's safe and secure, see About Our Security for details.
Whether you pay by Credit or Debit Card, your card will not be processed until the order is ready for despatch.
Lighting Safety
Every product we sell conforms to stringent regulations set out by the British Standards and the European Community
and in line with the law they all carry the CE mark, denoting that they have passed the EN and BS tests.
Your Privacy
Any information that you give at the time of ordering or through any correspondence with us
(name, address, card details etc.) will only be used by us for processing a request or order.
We will not give any of these details to anyone else.
This information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
We will only e-mail you in relation to the specific order.
You will normally receive one email confirming the order,
and a second email acknowledging your Credit / Debit Card information
(for your security, this will not contain any of the card details).
Do you want a 'Cookie'?
After you place an order through our site, you will be given a button to
"Press for advice, and options, on protecting your privacy".
This will explain that: "Your contact details are now in a 'cookie'
stored on the computer that you are now using.
If this is your own computer you can save time on your next visit to our store by keeping the details.
If this is a publicly available computer you should press CANCEL to protect your privacy.
Pressing CANCEL will erase (overwrite) your data."
In either case your credit/debit card details cannot be remembered by this computer.
This site also has a cookie that lets you add products to the basket and leave them
there for you to return another day.
If you do not want this, simply empty the shopping basket before you leave,
this cookie does not remember your contact details.

Complaints
We endeavour to make shopping with us an easy and hassle free experience.
If for some reason you are not pleased with our company, products or the service we have offered, please tell us.
We take complaints very seriously and we will do all we can to sort the problem out.
If you do have a complaint please phone 01564 730 111 (standard national BT rates) 5 days a week between 10am-5pm, email us from the Contact Us page, or email us at complaints@lightingforyou.co.uk ,
or fax us on 01564 730 157. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days.
